Mitel Software Assurance and Support Program

The expiration of your software assurance on your Mitel Phone Equipment and/or Applications requires your attention.

As a valued BSB customer, I want to share with you some important information regarding Mitel's Software Assurance and Support Program (SWAS). In case you are not familiar with the program, a (1) year subscription to SWAS will bring you two primary components for optimization and ongoing support of your Mitel communications system.

  1. Your SWAS enrollment will give you comprehensive access to software bug fixes, new updates and upgrades with the latest new features and technology.
  2. Should a technical issue arise that requires the manufacturer's engineering or technical assistance, your SWAS enrollment will give BSB access on your behalf to those services directly from Mitel.

In order to take advantage of these benefits, you must be enrolled in the Mitel Software Assurance and Support Program.
